Terms of Service

This agreement is established between Credit Doc Pros, herein referred to as “Company,” and you, the client. Throughout this agreement, the terms related to our services will focus on the preparation of documents intended for submission to the credit bureaus to assist with the removal of inaccuracies from your three-bureau credit report.

Company’s Role: Credit Doc Pros is not a credit bureau, lender, debt consolidation company, or law firm, and it does not provide legal advice. The Company specializes in document preparation services to help clients address inaccuracies on their credit reports. As an S Corporation, Credit Doc Pros charges fees to assist in the collection, analysis, interpretation of data, and the presentation of available options. The Company prepares all required documents for client approval and submission to the credit bureaus. It is important to note that payments to the Company are for document preparation services only.

Money Back Guarantee: The Company guarantees that the documents it prepares will be accurate and comprehensive. While the Company does not guarantee the outcome of disputes with credit bureaus, it ensures that all documents will be completed correctly, using all provided information. If services are successfully completed but the desired outcome is not achieved, the Company offers a full refund.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel within 72 hours of signing this agreement, you may do so without penalty by emailing info@creditdocpros.com or sending a fax. If the cancellation occurs after 72 hours, the agreement is binding, and the Company will have commenced work on your behalf. Cancellation during the 72-hour cooling-off period must be communicated directly. Refunds and termination fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the services rendered and the stage of completion.

Termination/Abandonment Fee: If you fail to respond within the 72-hour cooling-off period and subsequent 48-hour periods, your services will be suspended, and a final notification of abandonment will be issued. Your file will be put on hold until you re-contact the Company or settle any outstanding fees to proceed to the next stage.
